The eggs and butter and most of the dairy stuff has gone up. I’m so sick of theses prices are killing me. Things are getting ridiculous. Plus I see they are discontinuing some stuff too. Glad to see your feeling better.

The government don't care about seniors at all! They never do anything for them! Do you get a food allowance from your health insurance? My grandma used to get it!
I do... $125 , but I use that to pay on my Electric bill.... it was over 100°Degrees this summer made me behind on it. Playing catch up! So I use that extra for that. 😱

barley is a grain, I use it in rice dishes, with oatmeal, its bland and takes on flavor of what you make, its great in soups. everything, has a lot of protein, can be eaten with butter and cheese.
Thinking about buying powder eggs for baking as a backup. When I was a kid, my Mom took the powder eggs we received once a year, and added cheese to it. It was actually good.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Dang sis I just bought those 60 ct eggs last week they were around $8 or $9 wow the price jumped real quick. Back to buying the double packs now ,since we use a lot of eggs at our house.
