Thanks for the great video! You've check the field "Provide product-level sales data" but where are the data in the Data Layer? Could you pls tell me where i can find this data in the data layer? Many thanks in advance!

Hi, you can either select the dataLayer option, or provide ecommerce.items dataLayer object.

I guess you mentioned bogy tag to be pasted in checkout instead of head tag...Please confirm. Aside the cript you are using is not in the description, it seems to be a different script attached.

Hi, the script of GTM is supposed to be added on the checkout section. The Script is correct and the updated version.

I have an issue with google ads conversion ,google ads conversion tag is firing in GTM but stays in Still Running status and not moving Succeeded status . I think for this reason the Conversion table status shows Inactive in gads . My conversion actions / trigger is a submit button on salesforce experience cloud site . Would you be able to guide me to resolve this please?

Hi, you can check, if your google ads tags is referring to a variable, lookup tables, or custom HTML related to it? if there is something that is checking for a value in a variable, it can cause the status to not change. There are two ways to add conversion tracking for google ads. 1) using Ga4 import 2) using google ads conversion tags (as shows in this Video). You only need one option, either import via Ga4 or Gads conversion tags. Ga4 and Gads are synced in case of imported conversions.

Sure. That is a very broad question however inshort, you can create custom event similar to how we create standard events. Using Google tag manager or fbq track methods

Ah. Nice catch. It's a built in feature of windows laptop. To enable it, you can click WINDOW KEY + V, this will enable clipboard. I use window+v instead of control + v

Thanks. Ou well. New scripts have to be written that works with the customer events. You can search customer events for Shopify and they have some posts on the dev site. I am busy with some project. Hopefully might get some time later next week and can this done

Hi, you can check trackingacademy.com. The agency does not run or manages ads for clients, only take cares of the integration part with tracking and analytics.
