How would you compare the current Tap & Chip Card Reader w/ Ipad or iPhone combo to this? Pros & cons? Can we stick to the reader+ipad at pop-up events instead?
Can you use it as just a card reader? So if you process a sale on the till rather than the unit can you just type an amount in and take a card payment? We have barcodes but don't think we would always use the handheld. We often type in orders on our main till then take a card payment.
Yes! You can ring it up with a tab on the handheld called “Quick Sale”. Type in the description, if you have one, and the amount you want to charge then hit checkout.
If you're a mobile barber and use barcodes a lot then yes. But if you don't use barcodes then I would recommend and iPad. The iPad would give you more flexibility for your barber business.
