Shore fishing for cod - Scotland winter cod fishing episode 3 - Sea fishing UK 

In episode 3 we are again back out Shore fishing for cod on the Scottish East coast.
Nothing better to do on a Sunday night than head out for a bit of sea fishing. We took a trip out on the rocks to target the winter cod, conditions weren't in my favor but I managed to catch! This is number three in the winter series so please feel free to check back and watch episodes 1 and 2 if you haven't already.
The sea fishing baits I was using were Mackerel, Squid, and some blow lug worms.
I used my normal rough ground set up which consists of the following:
Sonik SKS Black 14" rod
Penn Rival long cast sea fishing reel with 90lbs braid straight through
Shakespear Salt tripod
Pulley pennel rig with 70lbs rig body and hook length, 5/0 Sukuma Mantra main hook and 5/0 full circle by Gerrys Tackle, 7oz lead
Bait was Mackrel, Squid and a mix of prawn and worm.
