Oh man I kinda love fishing those conditions, getting home and warming up is a priceless reward especially with a few decent fish on the tally! Good stuff Billy, always brightening up my day even with that relentless Irish rain! 🙌
Hi Pete. I don't think I would stick it out, if there was on chance of a good fish. But in a way, the rain is liberating. Thanks Brother, see you on the beach Brother 👍😁👌
Hi billy, i bought a 16'4"conti rod few weeks ago just to put the fun back into fishing for myself and it really has,30lb and 100lb leader both in 8 strand ,amazing fun ,looking forward to you getting back to the big butts
Well it’s that time of year billy mate , you have to pick out them weather windows of opportunity 😂😂!! Stunning eels dude, appreciate you standing out in that weather brother 🎣👍🏼
I love your endurance! That’s fishing, I push and push to catch good fish, then people ask, how do you always catch good fish? I answer, I say spend a lot of time not catching good fish. 😂
Good on you Billy. Finally landing that monster was well worth putting up with the bad weather. (said him sitting in his warm living room) 😃 Thanks for another great watch.👍👍
@@Billyfishing_watch biggest I’ve had is around 8lb , by accident on lugworm, loads of straps , I’d like to get a big one at some point, but by accident, I’m not purposely going after one 😂👍👍🤠
Hi billy you ok mate, cheers for the watch again i enjoyed it. Well done billy in miserable weather. Is that rite up north in ireland billy?. All the best from GRIMSBY.
Excellent. A lot of hard, wet work :-) Love your vids Billy. I am not in a position to fish as you do, but watching you is just as good for me. Thank you.
I was fishing with a fellow in Holyhead wales, who lost his personal best right at the peir wall... 60-70lb, we saw him, but it wasn't his time. another great video billy 👍
Gotta love the conger fishing. I talk to the sea on my conger trips. Its a great way to fish. Much love Billy. I always enjoy the videos. See you on the beach.
Nice Billy well done in that weather, If you still up that way, Had a few nice congers off the big rock back of Culdaff pier last year, Glenngad just around the corner another good throw, for wrasse, Coalies, conger and pollock. Rathmullan as well for rays and conger. Tight lines and good luck Billy.
Great video Billy I sometimes like a go at shore fishing for Conger. The spot you were fishing reminds me of a place on the Shannon I fish in the Autumn months .The pier at Carrigaholt, its always been Conger city for me a fish a chuck. I usually give it a go in similar weather conditions as you were fishing because the Clare beaches are too rough for Bass fishing and this is a great alternative. Loved this one can we have some more please.
Hi Gordon, Funny enough. I was just down your way, fishing the Shannon. Got lots more videos planned with, eels, rays ect. So stay tuned brother, see you on the beach 👍😁
Hows it going Billy, I didnt believe it when your notification popped up, I'd just poured a pint of the black stuff... i spent many a summer not far from there.. My friend great presentation, you always make me giggle.. Thank you dear friend and best wishes... 😎🎣
BILLY! :-) You are a brave soul! We have got awful weather here but, the forecasts are so far out, I try and get out when there is forecast a bit of sun and it rains the whole day! I call off going out because the forecast is heavy rain and, it stays dry! Frustrating! Maybe tomorrow I will get a couple of hours but, who knows, the pub may be calling LOL
@@Billyfishing_watch Beers are in, storm hammering the region today and I am not working 😞 Looks like I will have to watch the footy instead... COME ON WALES! 🙂
Great video Billy, good to see you kept happy through all that awful weather. You got wet but not as wet as those swimmers, they must be mad. How could they enjoy that?
@@Billyfishing_watch I am in Cape Town, we don't get the sardine run here. It's more up the East Coast and it's huge every year... It would make for awesome footage but just to far from me.
Love it mate! I was doing a bit of a same last night but thankfully the weather was better, lovely spot and very fishy looking, looks very similar to were I was Amlwch (Anglesey) 😉🎣👍
Hi Connor. That night was a little crazy, the eels were picking up the baits and running. Not something I'm used to with conger! But with the braid fishing line, they shook the leads off the rotten bottom on the surface. So I lost as many singers as I usually do 🤬 thanks Brother 😁👌
