UK shore fishing is tough at the best of times and from my experience there is some truth in the saying when the winds in the east the fish bite the least. In this video, I am back on the rocks in Cornwall in the hope of at least catching something, Mackerel, Bass, or Pollack. The wind had been in the east all week with high pressure and very sunny weather, which has been great but not so great for fishing from the shore. My best hope for some success was to start fishing before dawn in very low light conditions and that proved to be the case.
