Welcome back to Shoreline for our first construction update of 2024.
Crews were back in the first week of January and are eager to complete the final touches to the apartments and common areas.
The tower crane was removed in December allowing access to the remaining common areas and external façade. The pool has now been filled, and the final exterior paint coat is currently being applied.
Defect rectification is progressing smoothly, and the apartments will soon undergo final cleaning before being locked up.
Valuations have also commenced, so if you're organising finance, please contact the team for access.
At this stage, we're expecting settlements in March, with the plan sealing application now with Cold Coast City Council.
