Kumusta, they are Tuna (the two bigger fish) as for the weird ones could be juvenile Manta rays???. Not sure what they were, but great underwater footage. Mabuhay!

Kamusta kabayan, oh.. wow, that's why they catch a lot of tuna, mackerel and other big fish on the jetty.
