Ms. E, you've been through a trama. As a fellow widow, I'd suggest you take time, as much time as you need to get in good health. Losing a spouse is very traumatic both mentally and physically. People don't like to talk about that. Four years after I became a widow, I was diagnosed with MS. I spend many days at the doctor's office. Get referrals to have every part of your body examined, as Primaries don't usually have the education to treat or diagnose all illnesses or conditions. Take care my friend and get well. You have to take care of yourself first! I'm sure that everyone will agree, that we would rather wait to see a video from you, than have you push yourself and, end up in worse shape than you already are. I had been doing a lot of yard work the last 2 days but, I had to take the day off. I made a quick run to the grocery store today and I that about did me in. It's been a little over 3 months, since I had the heart surgery. I guess I'm not fully healed yet.

E, we can wait for you. Your job right now is to take care of you and get better and not overdo it. I sure love and admire you, but you need to be better so you don’t suffer from any setbacks. My family was evacuated on an air boat this morning as flash floods hit our house for the 2nd time in 3 days. It was all terribly frightening. Thank goodness all my journal making supplies were up out of harms reach. I don't have many supplies but what I have are dear to me.
