Uruguay and Argentina are white majority nations. In Uruguay it is only 2 percent, and in Argentina is almost approximately 1 percent. The claim that Uruguay and Argentina had a significant population is an over exaggerated, and they invented Tango is a false claim.

@@Stgfre The percentage of Africans does not minimize the origin of Tango within the poor African and poor Spanish communities. Africans have always been a minority in such places..this does not minimize their influence in the tango as we know it today.

That was for practice or rehersal purposes. The purpose of tango was to dance with women. In society men always conduct actions together.
