Brilliant. Short termism and indifference too. Japanese and Korean companies could make more profit by moving headquarters and manufacturing elsewhere but they don't because they care about their country. Whilst they have other problems such as birth rates, unemployment and wages aren't an issue in those countries. We justify not buying British and running a negative trade balance because its cheaper to buy from China but is it? Our deindustrialised towns have huge social problems that require a great deal of spending in benefits and services. Recent global conflicts are showing how vulnerable and entirely dependent we are on other countries. Parliament seems utterly visionless and doesn't think in these terms at all but Korea and Japan prove that it's not about governemnt intervening but about companies and the public caring more. Restoring our trade balance would be best done organically.

In uk , if you could build just jaguar factories, And produce millions, of 90s jaguars , uK would make millions maybe billions. And world wide people would love them. Yes it takes work to build cars. People would be employed too.

You should create Volunteer cleaning guys. So you guys can clean glass from streets using broom and trash can, gloves and long pants, This does the following. 1. Cleans these spaces. 2. Makes the cleaning guys look inadequate. 3. You might see gangsters, intentionally bringing in trash and pouring tons of trash on areas you cleaned. On purpose. To destroy what you did. Film THAT then you have real proof , of gang vandalism ,
I should hahah. Its a very difficult task though as there are so many streets as I live in a very large city. Generally, streets people often walk down are in acceptable/ fair condition but these low foot traffic streets are sometimes in a state 🙁
