I have been using Guesty for hosts (1-3 properties) almost non customer service, .amy repeating system glitches that cost me money and a lot of headake...they have great solutions in theory but not in reality...shopping for other provider

DoorLoop can work for short term rentals but really shines if you have other types of units in your portfolio like longer term residential or commercial properties also. Guesty customer service is awful, you can't call anyone for help, and they only have email ticket support that can take days for a response. Making sure you have things set up before going live is important.
Guesty's customer service sucks. They want you to read their manuals if there us an issue, but if its an issue they have creted there is no answer on their " read the manual page. Totally sucks!
