Isle Of Wight Alternative Attractions , they have one lighting room at golden hill fort that I have been in many years ago didn't have a camera so couldn't take any pictures of the place, not a lot to see like yours but interesting to have a gander around the place, they believe that a tunnel runs out of there ,we tried to dig out the rubbish and bricks in the entrance but was way to much to remove so gave up on it, the other entrance is in a back garden in Norton green.

Cool. I wonder if they found it when it was gutted out. I have seen a picture of the well they uncovered.

Yes it was uncovered when the builders were gunning up the concrete floor in one of the units ( far left as you walk in. ) I was working there and wanted to see it but it was covered over with a huge metal plate. It`s been made into a feature and glassed over. My mate took a picture while standing on it. Interesting about the reservoir, I didn`t know there was one there.
