Brilliant Dean, thank you so much for your help!! I appreciate you using your free time to help me! Your pronounciation was excellent. I’m from the northern part of Norway😄😄 I’m suspecting the bike has been used by a teenager because a lot of nuts and bolts have been replaced/removed etc. As I said, the clutch pushrod was replaced with a rusty nail when I first got the bike, the flywheel wasn’t screwed in place and the the head bolts were mangled and loose. I’ll try the tips you gave me, and I’ll send you an update as soon as I get the new parts😊
Happy to help my friend. I think most of them have passed through the hands of enthusiastic teenagers over the years. I used to be one, a long time ago! Best wishes, Dean.
Kickstart shafts............There are so many size variations in the pattern products. It's the same with the kickstart quadrants. You've given a great insight to the potential issues in this area of the Bantam engines.......I might also add if you purchase a kickstart shaft and quadrant assembled, the quadrant is usually pressed on back to front! another great video Dean.
