I never knew it was this easy. I’ve been stuck on this topic for years and i’m also studying for the teas test to get into the nursing program. This is such a big help
@@oOByEhAtErZOo Good luck :) I used this vid for grade 7 metric conversions, this vid was pretty helpful, watch it over and over again if u dont understand, You got this dont worry :)!
I spent 3 hours in class getting confused by my teacher and this video gave me such a simple and useful way to do that same problems and in only like a minute and a half. Why doesnt every teacher use this?! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I have always struggled with math and especially metrics and conversions. Hands down this technique is fail proof. I am actually excited about math for the first time in my life. Thank you for this simple trick!!!
I've been struggling all morning trying to understand metric unit conversions, i watched this video and BOOM, Im a pro!Thank you SO MUCH for this video!!
Conversions were the reason why I was spending so much time on ALEKS and after this trick that time has been cut down by so much. For some reason I always struggle on unit conversions but this has helped me so much. I feel like I learned this trick so long ago but it got lost in all the other complicated unit conversions. Thank you!
This is literally the best technique I've seen so far! For the life of me I could not figure out how my teacher was converting all of these units. Thank you so so much! You're a life savor!!!!
This helped me so much since when he taught us we got interrupted by a gas leak (not even lying) and he never finished. Also the letters mean kilo, hecto, deca, meter liter gram, deci, centi, and milli.
I have always struggled with conversions! You just saved my life and having to memorize the equivalents! NO MORE! king Henry died unexpectedly drinking chocolate milk! Thank you so so so much!
Metric conversion is so much smooth when you start thinking in terms of powers of tens instead of 10, 100 etc. For example instead of saying "to change from centimetre to metre divide it by 100" I automatically think "Just multiply by 10^-2"
OMG!!! Thank you!!! My brain hurts figuring this out... I am spent 2 days trying to understand and after watching your video one time. I got it first try... You are God sent! thank you
This makes soooo much sense!!!! Thank you!!!! My teacher put this in our slideshow for us to watch so we understand better and it worked so THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!1
I'm actually so incredibly happy for this video oh my god thank you so much. I've been struggling with this concept for so long and didn't realize it was just THAT easy. Thank you and king Henry for the sacrifice.
sweet video, shame my professor wants me to do it the way he wants, or else he'll score it wrong. In the end, he wants us to truthfully understand the material we're learning.
My wonderful friend, been spending a huge amount of time and days on this basic fundamental stuff which I can’t seem to get my head around with as opposed to other college students who are working in a science lab. In the first semester of spring 2024, seems like my group gets it while I’m over here like “what the **** is going on.” Due to this, I wanted to wrap my head around this subject, over and over, study after study, and I finally understood what you meant when watching this video. There’s KHDUDCM that my teacher and tutorial taught, but I couldn’t wrap my head around it. Thus after studying after studying, and finally quit and decided to search up, I clicked on your video. And you make it seem much more simpler than it usually is, and for that I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart wholeheartedly ♥️. There’s going to be more students after me watching this 😅Thank you very much.🙏 May you be well, happy and peaceful ✌️ friend.
I have a conversion test in less than an hour...have not studied one bit and don't remember anything about conversions since middle school...but after watching this on my lunch break...by golly I think I got!
This really helped me I got a 97 on my metric unit conversion quiz cause of you but my teacher uses king Henry doesn’t usually drink chocolate milk (cause he’s racist)
Or you can just remember the easy conversion system of kilo being before something meaning it is 1000 times greater. Kilograms=1,000 grams, Kilometers=1,000 meters. and that milli means 1,000 times lesser and centi means 100. It is easy to remember and is no harder to remember than king Henry died unexpectedly drinking chocolate milk.
You just move your decimal either 3 places to the right or left depending on what unit your going from & to. From Liters to ml you move the decimal 3 places to the right. From ml to L, you move the decimal 3 places to the left. If your starting number is a whole number, the decimal is at the end of the number, which we don't write when writing whole numbers, but it is our responsibility to remember that every number has a decimal & we use it/display it as needed.
Thank you so much!!. You made it easy for me to understand and solve unit conversions easily. This actually my first step of advance studying for our phys and you've just did a great job.
I pray that God sends you a huge blessing for this. My test is this Thursday and couldn’t find a way to remember the chart. Sorry King Henry died but I shall live with an A. Thank you
Where is Professor McCarthy teaching so I can take his course! lol. This was so simple and easy to follow! My professor didn't even walk us through the work.
