most volleyball players who used to put on weights in their ankles for higher vertical jumps during their teen years tend not to grow up any taller after. happens to a lot of my teammates who most of their siblings and family members are of descent height lineage. happened to me as well....during my high school years i carry on weights to enhance my vertical jump...did some weight in gym as well...back then i could dunk the ball in a standard rim...but at a cost of not growing up any taller anymore thereafter. my classmate who were shorter than me before surpassed me. in volleyball height is still might...if you want to make it to professional, you will have a better chance with height than with ready leaping skills....a lot of the tall professional athletes and even varsity players were chosen for their heights and the skills will develop during the training. so weigh your choices.....height will go a long way....even in different sports or fields

ты разбегаешься как правша)) ты бьешь левой рукой , значит, правая нога должна делать последний подшаг , и останавливаться впереди! правая нога должна быть передней . приставной шаг..тогда у тебя и левое плечё - бьющее... будет лучше отводиться назад ,для борлее сильного удара! просто сделай разбег полностью НАОБОРОТ, с другой ноги напрыгивай
