very challenging attempts . it's so amazing and never figured out how Ronnie is managing amount of deflection in side spins so easily in his shots . even when he's amplifying the action on white in long shots . I guess it's due to long hours of practice and experiment . lovely video as always . 👍👌👏

I agree with you. Liang's side pocket shot is one of my favorite to play. They are difficult because it's all about pace in my mind. But the shape you get off these difficult shots can be the make or break of a frame.

The Snooker on the blue should have been higher up the charts I think - Simply sublime with perfect weight off 4 cushions (much harder than Williams long blue for example). Ronnie deserved number 1 though. That was nasty :-) Great video - thanks for creating. Subbed.

great videos, dont get too disappointed when it takes you a few attempts to get a seemingly straight forward shot right position wise as the tables the pros play on probably run different and faster due to being heated

recreating the rockets shot would have me going mental ....you stuck at it and eventually made the shot. snooker has to be alongside golf THE HARDEST sport to master and that is why ronnie is hailed as the greatest of all time(GENIUS).

Good video as always. Huge thumbs up for you giving the background and what happened after these shots. As a feedback there could be better sync between the clips when you show the original shot and your own shot next to it. By the way in this kind of videos its good to use those small markers you can put on the table to help in respotting the balls. Keep up the good work and greetings from Finland!

Was wondering why I haven't been seeing any Snooker on TV this winter, so thanks for clearing that up👍 I did however get to see the Scottish open on that new BBC Scotland channel, so I guess that's not too bad, for us Scottish guys anyway... Any idea who got the rest of the UK Championship?

The Scottish open was the last televised tournament. This was couple of weeks before Christmas. Before that tournament was the UK championship (won by ding junhui) which was televised on BBC & EUROSPORT. The next even is The Masters which will be on BBC & EUROSPORT from January 12th. ITV4 have a few tournaments each year like the players championship, coral series events and the champion of champions. EUROSPORT is the best for snooker as it shows pretty much every tournament except the few mentioned on ITV4. Hope this clears a few things up for you.

I'm really enjoying these videos & it's good seeing them being replicated as it really breaks down the shot. I just point out the Ding Escape from being restricted by the green, though you hit the red, Ding hit top cushion first where you hit red first. It be good to see if you actually achieved the escape and hit top cushion first to prevent leaving red on. Apart from that I'm surprised I don't see you at crucible yourself 🤔

I can’t play snooker due to being 1 handed ( long story). I do however play pool rather well totally 1-handed... bit of a legend in my local league ( Rhyl &District Sunday pool league). It takes shed loads of physical and mental effort to play well.

actually actually the closest to native mandarin using 'our' system would be 'lee-yang wun bore'. im in china, so......wink wink.

@@dave101t I get where you're coming from. As u know, our yang is pronounced young there. I lived in China for 6 years btw. Produced the 2006 National Snooker Champs there and a few other televised events.
