Thank You for sharing your knowledge and experience ! These tutorials were most useful for me. Thanks again, and take care! I wish You a good health to you and to your family. Greetings from Novi Sad Serbia!
Thank you so much. I've been using Shotcut for editing my stuff, but I've barely scratched the surface for what it can do. I wasn't exactly planning to do anything super fancy, but I still didn't know how to do a lot of stuff. Anything I learned, I learned on my own. But I think it's time I get a better sense for what I can do, and just from this video, I think your tutorials are going to be very helpful.
I am so glad I am watching this series. I watched your first video about free editing software to choose Shotcut, and I think one more. These tips are helpful, and I wish I had taken the time to watch earlier. This will make things easier going forward. Thanks.
I like the blur filter and was wondering how would I make it so the blur aspect gradually goes out? Like if I wanted to start with a blurred picture and have the blur effect go away to show the picture?
First i want to say thanks to this channel because i had studied to use lmms and shot cut. I watched some other tutorials but tj free is much better to me
Thanks for making this, it helped me for using shotcut, and I'm making my first cinematic video with it. The other tutorials are all helpful, but they just scratch the surface.
@@kushtoon2320 Above V1 there's something called the master(you can see it in this video too), that's the master track, apply the effect there, I've left shotcut for greener pastures but I hope this small trick still works.
Thank you just downloaded this app and trying to figure things out. Great tips. How do you sharpen a video? Is there a sharpen filter? Was using Capcut previously and someone said sharpening to 30 was best for uploading to You Tube so trying to figure out what would work in this app. I'm doing fitness videos recording from my iphone in video or cinematic mode although I'm liking video mode more lately.
Oh nice! But anyways, I will look into trying to figure out how to do it. It was a while back when I did it so I gotta figure it out. I will come back in touch when I have figured out instructions!
Thanks for this video. This looks simple but when I try this nothing happens (and the color gradig is selected and the right video in the playlist also) I have recently downloaded the l I work with Shortcut btw.
Thank you very much for the informative video. I apologize if I missed it, but how do you save filter profiles to use for future projects? Many of the video game clips I edit, require a color saturation and brightness filter applied to the clips. I want to save these filter profiles so I don't have to reconfigure it every time and I can then cut and paste the filters to all of my clips. Thanks again!
Select a video part in timeline then move the white line where u want to add filter then right click on it there is a option split as playhead now u have a two part of selected video. Then u can apply filter on which u have to want!
Tried to add a special explosion effect to the movie - It won't work!!!!! I am not happy! It turned with only explosion with black background and not the film! NOT HAPPY!
This Q should be an ezzy one 4 U. Highlighting a portion of the video clip or CIRCLING IT OR POINT AN ARROW. HIGHLIGHT IS BETTER OR CIRCLING A portion of the clip to make a point. thanks in advance.
When i export it and play it back it shows nothing just a black screen not the video can someone plz help but I don't play it in shot cut I play it in VLC media player please help
i messed up, i removed the toolbar and other features from shotcut while messing around, now when i open its literally basically nothing there. how do i restore those feautures or reset shotcut? i am on mac btw
@@inessaffar6432 Thank you so much, i`ve looked everywhere for someone to explain this, i was having the same problem. you are the only person i found to explain this and tell me what to do, i was getting so stressed
Hi Arthur. The filter will be applied to an entire clip. To affect only 2 seconds, split the video into separate clips, and apply the filter to only the 2 second clip. Hope that helps.
