I've actually looked into the SPAS-12 requiring you to hold the bolt release in order to load it because it annoyed the shit out of me on my SPAS-12 too. Turns out, it's a necessity in order to allow the bolt hold open function to work, as the carrier latch is what blocks the lifter from going upward, which blocks the bolt from moving forward when the gun is empty. Seems like all modern semi-autos actually function the same way, but they added modern design updates in order to not make this a problem anymore. This is why, for example, on modern Benelli and Beretta shotguns, you have to hit the shell release in order to chamber a shell, as there's actually an extra piece holding the lifter above the carrier latch normally that's dropped down when you hit the shell release, while still letting you load the shotgun without having to hold down any other buttons. All the other extra buttons and doodads come from the fact that it's both a pump and semi-auto shotgun at the same time, which means it has the sets of controls of both. It's effectively two guns in one. lol
I've always wanted a spas. Definitely for novelty purposes based on this video unless I need to roll up on some fools with a semi auto umbrella hook gat.
Might be a weirdly complicated gun with way too many buttons, but god damn does it sound satisfying as hell pumping that thing. Audio and video was pretty awesome btw, also liked the first person view. Can't wait for more!
this is now one of my secret favorite channels. Didn't realize you owned wraithdefence found your website looking for waky chest rigs and russian crap.
Inspired by your Airsoft video I modified some 12-gauge and threw them in my Saiga-12! Now this ting can hold a pretty nifty 20 round drum mag on it so I was loaded up with 3 of those! That makes for a nice 60 rounds of fun! The Airsoft field was surprisingly busy with players of all ages, and I had a lot of fun with it! The only downside was that people I hit did not call their hits, and I think they left the field or something cause I did not see them later on in the game! Some stayed laying on the ground after being hit, but I guess they were just tired of all the running you do in airsoft! Obviously Im joking. Do not take a fire arm to an airsoft gun game, ever. Dont even try what Niko here did, it can mess up your guns and ruin your hands.
Ooh you have a earlier SPAS 12 model, you can see it by the flick safety. Just to let you know the safety on the earlier models doesn't tend to work properly and may fire while the safety is on. That's how I almost shot myself in the foot.
im here because of a comment that said spas12 has a semi auto switch. and yeah hes right. im not here because im buying a gun to shoot someone or something, just in case i get accused in the future
this is the modern day hickock 45, yes i said it. . . . . . the second lord of guntube has arrived. all bow and subscribe, take a moment of silence to prepare for the shenanigans to come.
