Not sure how big/old your daughter is now, but as an MTB dad of a 6yr old girl I have to suggest the Mac-Ride for bringing the little one out on some trails. Obviously not as fast and playful as riding solo, but you'll find so much more enjoyment in taking her along on some chill trails and sharing the adventures! I also am about a year into the gravel world and loving it too.

great video, love the editing. cool to see all my favorite rail trail spots i ride though frequently on my gravel bike. i love that you can really munch some miles and if you come across some random single track you can explore it. also now I'm wanting to take my gravel bike to city forest! also where were you that there was a wooden stair set and bridge ?

They definitely take some getting used to! Even the frame geometry- sitting up no handed to take a drink of water seems so much sketchier on this than a mtb

@@TheShredShedMTB not sure what it is about either my siskiu t8 or my salsa fatbike but both of those feel way way sketchier to no hand than my gravel bike. i can ride no hands all day on my journeyer.

Interesting! I think for me it’s being high on the bike vs low on a mtb. Just seems more twitchy paired with a more vertical fork
