As a barber I'd say can 100% skip the conditioner (conditioners are mostly for your hair) . The shampoo (which is for your scalp) is probably a good idea tho. Use lotion on your scalp . Preferably one with spf
Great video brother! I’m bald & use Men’s Dove shampoo. I also sometimes use it as a shave cream. You are correct, it does leave my scalp softer than shave soap I normally use. I would have to say any soap that has harmful unnatural ingredients would be a big NO…in general tho the skin on face and head is much more sensitive than the rest of your body…natural soaps should be the only things we use to wash out body and head with
I barely use soap because I don’t like the residue it leaves when cleaning but I do use natural body wash. I stopped using shampoo’s for my hair and started using beard washes & conditioners.
I have shaved my head off and going for the rosemary oil for hair regrowth but I can shampoo my head in the morning after keeping the rosemary oil overnight but after shampoo how can use conditioner on my bald head?
I used Gillette or Edge shave gel with aloe for years on my head with a Gillette Mach 3 razor. I have always used regular soap to wash and never had any issues. I recently swithed to Luxurious Bastard shave soap and love it! I have also been rubbing the remaining beard oil from my hands on my head and have noticed a large improvement! I would like to find a new razor company, to get away from Gillette, but the Mach 3 is just so good....
