Love this 🙌🏾 In some cases, its the direct supervisor (not the corporation) that prohibits or looks down upon personal branding. It can take some upward coaching to get them to see the benefits, and this video can be shared to facilitate that skills transfer.
So true Manny. If supervisors realized the value in building their employees' personal brands, they wouldn't just stop opposing them, but they'd start to help the employees to build them. (And they'd get a lot of dedicated employees in the process.)
