So 200 crpc application is given to the judge or he orders it on own his own accord?

If u go for 200, u will waste a lot of time atleast 6 month before ur case runs practically in the crt. The Accused till that time will have enough chance to go away or prepare for his defence. And in private complaint...... No guarantee that the Accused will be punihed all due to lack of ev.

If fir is registered and police is not arresting accused in case of 302 denial is done by police on ground of postmortem report then what we can do in this situation
