Hi! We're aware of the requests for different mockups and are working on improvements! Unfortunately, we can't give an ETA yet, but thank you for sharing your feedback!

When creating products, even though I only select one mockup from Printify it syncs a ton of mockups when I publish to my store. How do I ensure only one of the Printify mockups is pushed to my store when publishing?
Hi there! It is not possible to select specific mockups in the Printify account before publishing the product. You can only publish the product with all the mockups and delete the unnecessary ones in your store admin. Don't forget that if you add or remove mockups later need to update and republish some other product details through Printify (for example, the price), it is necessary to use selective publishing, deselect “Mockups” under “Product details to sync”, so that the old Printify mockups do not sync to your store again.
Hi, Thank you for all your perfect videos; they've been very helpful. However, I'm a bit confused about the actual print area on a t-shirt. For instance, if the Bella Canvas 3001 t-shirt in size M has dimensions of L: 29 inches and W: 20 inches, what will be the actual print area on the t-shirt? I would greatly appreciate your clarification on this. Thanks
Hi there! Once you open up an item in our product creator, at the top of the screen you will see an 'i' or information button. There, you will see a section called print file requirements which will give you measurements of the print area. You can also find the print file requirements by clicking the upload button.
@@Printify Thank you for your kind response. So, if my design appears in the left panel after uploading it at 13"x15" for the L size t-shirt (as mentioned in the "i" section), it will be printed at nearly 13"x15" on the L size t-shirt. Did I understand correctly?
The reason everyone is selling mockups is because Etsy is ridiculous to try and sell on unless you're going to throw thousands of dollars into a business to begin with, so you're best off trying to make money off people who are trying to make money..sadly this is the reality. It's also why there are so many people making videos on how to sell things and how to do this... because people eventually figure out you're more likely to make money off youtube views than selling products online. I've wanted to believe it could happen.. and try to ignore what people say... but this is definitely not the way to go about trying to get somewhere in life.
Hey, We’re sorry you feel this way. Many people have found success with Etsy and POD, but it’s not everyone, and that is totally ok. Best of luck in however you continue your journey, and we’re always here to help if needed!
I'd like to continue and hope things change, but I'm losing that hope now. I'm just losing money :/ I can't afford to keep spending money on this app, and this app to do this or that, or to be able to use with another.
Don't give up! It's always best to take a step back and reassess what's working and what isn't, especially if it's costing you money. But, it's like what Thomas Edison used to say, 'Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up'. Something to think about 😉
