Should I Play Holy Paladin in Season 4? 

I thought a +10 would be the equivalent of a +20, not a +15....

After reading some of the hero talents, I think the buff for holy paladin damage is gonna be in the next expansion.

Hopefully hpal is gonna get better this next season 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I would say you’re right about Hpala, and without considering the overall healing/HP/defensives issues that WOW has (which also makes things less fun I would say) I think Hpala will be good for next season! Healing pattern doesn’t seem to change though which can make some bosses a problem I suppose

The fact of the matter is that we shouldn’t have to buy DPS trinkets to put our DPS up to subpar everybody else’s DPS and the fact of the matter is as a healer or DPS shouldn’t matter, but they decided to make mythic plus like it’s fun or something. People do it because they need the gear and holy pad healing is not anywhere near the chosen few healers. You talk about them like you’ve been playing them since vanilla.

Holy pala is more challenging. ALso might get a buff mid season (bliz always surprise us ) and become like s2 so not a bad idea try to gear one just in case :)

What ilvl gear dropped off of that S4 +10?

My problem with the Holy Paladin is that in S3, the Holy Power abilities, Word of Glory for example feel so weak, does it still feel that way in S4 (ptr)?

A lot of people have moved away from healing in general because it just to much pressure and you always get blamed. HP might be ok... Ret will be king and tank as well.

This is annoying me. First of all, your gear Item lvl dosent matter. Since all your gear gets scaled ti IL 489. Second . Key lvl 10 is compared to current key lvl 20. Now thats said. Try use the hammer instead of prism. Its feels alot better. Heals around 1,5 mill under its duration. Is people are stacked around. Would be perfext with a melee group.

Skillcapped put paladin in f tier as healer, jack also said is huffy in m+. Madskillz said that there is no difference between season 2 and season 3 (both jack and mad did keys around lvl 13-15 on hpally on stream), elsemere said that without a buff to healing you will not see hpally in pugs in higher keys, everyone semna to be pessimistic I feel the same after struggling entire season 3 with it no buff paladin is just junk better play retribution 😮

I can tell you right now your mastery is waaaay too high on your hpal right now in this video, you should swap some gear and increase your haste and drop some mastery, and kyrakk trink isn't going to be that good. keep the aug, and go with beacon or suncallers. either of those trinkets will skyrocket your dmg as hpal, beacon/suncallers should equate the same dmg as aug if you use it on cd. staying between 40-45% crit is perfect, but you'll want at least 35% haste, 20% or higher vers, mastery isn't needed as much in m+. I know your gear isn't maxed out yet so sub stats atm are no big deal, but once you get there and start min/max stuff you'll notice mastery is pretty low on the stat prio for m+ I don't know what kind of keys you push, but when you start getting high up there you do need to keep some distance between you, the tank, and mobs so you don't get cleaved down from random mob abilities, which is why mastery starts to lose a lot of value.
