Should I replace the clutch master cylinder? 

In this video I show you a sure sign that your clutch master cylinder is on its way out.
If you don't have a clutch booster as shown in this video, then check inside your Landcruiser behind the firewall for a leak (where the clutch master clevis attaches to the clutch pedal).
