The Downeaster is similar to the Vermonter but instead of having a locomotive at each end or a locomotive and NPCU it is just 4 to 5 coach class cars and 1 cafe/business class car.

I would and if you decide to then I am wondering where will you de-board the train? I live in Stamford so If you tell me the day then it isn't impossible for me to not see you at Stamford. The Vermonter connects with services to Boston at New Haven Union Station.
