On my rest days i'll try to play some basketball with my kid do some band work and some pushups. I only lift about 4 days a week now and the bands have really helped me out to recover better but still get that small pump without having to punish my joints.

I would really like to be able to do chin-ups push-ups and air squats seven days a week even if it’s just a low amount of sets

Dolce, can you answer one quick question for me... Can tight lats cause rounded shoulders? I've been doing a lot of pull ups lately and i feel like my shoulders started to roll forward a lill bit? Or perhaps that has to do with tight biceps, because my biceps are also on fire after doing pull ups... Thank you, your knowledge is always much appreciated.

Kettlebell lifting, hiking, biking, swimming, running, skip roping, tire lifting, eyebrow raising, peoples hand shaking, kale shake making, bacon greece baking. Ok that's enough for the first day. What should i tren on day 2?
