I totally agree. I’ve been saying the same thing. Which is frustrating as finally we have a team and manager to be proud of, yet the league infrastructure and the shadiness of Webb and his greater Manchester cohorts just kills the pleasure stone dead
It’s ridiculous @Arsenal board keeps taking this shit without reacting to the ill treatment of this club, honestly I’m giving up on all of this nonsense
I agree, but don't give up yet, I feel like this quite often so understand however. It's frustrating as imo, we are being dealt with way differently and to the harshest extent for every little things however, what can we do about it. The pgmol has become football's version of the mafia. COYG
Watch Szoboszlai grabbing Palmer to prevent him from going throw. Then, when the ref blows, he kicks the ball away in anger. Should’ve been two yellows. But that can only happen to Arsenalplayers.
Harry, you recently brought to light that a number of PL clubs, wrote to PGMOL last season, complaining and raising concerns about how we play the game. I truly believe that this has resulted in us being over reffed and under scrutiny by officials.
Hi Harry I agree with everything that you said I was going out of my mind with the decision at the end of the Man City game & the decision in the Liverpool vs Chelsea game it’s outrageous. I definitely feel deflated but we need to put the wrongs right on Tuesday and next Sunday so we can get back on track! Loving the Harry Reacts 💪🏽🔴⚪️
By your logic, a player could score a 20m rocket into the top left corner but it would be called offsides because of a player in an offsides position on the far right side of the goal. Does that sound like a good rule to you?
I don't believe he, Silva was offside, I do however believe he stopped the keeper coming out to challenge/ catch the ball. I watched it on the TV and VAR did not show the interference to the referee. They just showed the MC player to the side of the keeper and crouching down. They went through the process trying to prove they were not being biased.
There is an offside *position* and an offside *offence* a player can be in an offside position but no offence has been committed if they are taking no part in the play, although Silva did not touch the ball he was so close to the GK (who had to take account of him) he was clearly part of the play, and this is what the on field referee decided too- Until VAR yet again stepped in.
As a City fan we were just as deflated with Arsenal getting that 4-2 home win a few weeks ago when a draw had looked on the cards in the dying minutes of the game!
How many times have we seen a player clear through on goal and a covering defender has come from nowhere and made a tackle before they shoot. A player won’t shoot from 40 or 50 yards they think twice from 25 yards when attacking the goal, so any foul from near the halfway line could be deemed not to be a goal scoring opportunity because the player won’t shoot until they get closer to the goal.
I mean it wasn’t interference so I don’t know what the crying is about. Out of all the Reds arsenal has gotten this year, Saturdays against Bournemouth was the most legit. The problem is that the refs have given Arsenal 2 bad Reds before this season so everyone was going to react. I find this video pointless if you are crying about the end of City or the Bournemouth Red. Complaining about bad reffing though is a concern
Chris Kavanagh has made several poor decisions this season. He wrongfully sent off Declan Rice against Brighton,Bruno Fernandes against Spurs, and awarded Man City a last-minute offside goal. The PGMOL is complicit in allowing him and other referees, who aren’t good enough, to officiate at this level.
I used to watch LaLiga and Serie A on a constant basis and lost interest due to all the corruption. This is the kind of nonsense decision-making that made me stop watching football from Spain, and Italy is now in the Premiership. Our favorite game is dying!
Another example of Harry living in his eco chamber. Get the pic from the angle of in front of the goal. And by the way, Arsenal, the masters of impeding the goalkeepers are now complaining about the laws. Yeah, We didn't get what we wanted, so lets change the rules. It was quite 'no a controversy' to be fair
VAR should not of got involved with Saliba red card because it’s a matter of opinion. A goal scoring opportunity is not a matter of fact it’s an opinion. If you are fouled when past the last man then it should be a red card, full stop !
Why are we making this complicated !! if you are between the goalie and the defenders you are offside . Simple !! or is that to complicated to understand by our technicians !!
@@GrantFerris-ly6cj funny how you don't seem to get the point. I'll try to make it more basic for you as you clearly are not the sharpest tool in the box. The point is whether it is Arsenal, Liverpool or who ever else happens to be the main pursuers of City, decisions will go against them while decisions keep going in City's favour. Over and over and over again. So I'll ask again, what is going on there?
I think we should not rely on other for our results. We were bad very bad on Saturday. So many mistakes way too defensive. We don't wanna burn out partey or any midfielders who will needed in big games. given that burnout is the reason we are loosing odegaard, saka to injuries. even KDB has rest sometimes.
@@samayo9746 Bernardo Silva doesn't touch the ball, so the offside argument was never gonna work ..... he also moves to the side, and away from the keeper BEFORE Stones header goes in, so the blocking his line of vision arguement isn't really gonna cut any mustard either.
Liverpool and city still gotta play each other twice just putting it out there cheered me up a bit COYG we not gonna win every game bounce back win against Liverpool please great show as always ❤
City literally got robbed against Wolves last year. And the penalty against Newcastle recently was absurdly soft. City usually just win at the end of the season, so we don’t complain as much as Liverpool and Arsenal fans that need to cope with losing.
Oh please someone do an accurate, non biased tally to prove to the red cartel that City have plenty of decisions go against them. It would shatter your little agenda.
Hwang red card not given scored the winning goal, Grealish through on goal but suddenly stopped by ref after giving advantage, Rashford offside goal. The thing is City don't moan and win 90% of the games. Moaning is for bottlers
😅😅😅😅 only an Arsenal fan states that the covering defender was closer in the Chelsea situation but then question why there wasnt a red card ....you guys are absolutely pathetic
Goals have been scored from the halfway line with covering defenders, so shall we have a new rule that if you deliberately foul in the opposition half then it’s a red card because you denied a goal scoring opportunity, even with covering defenders, because it’s been done before ! If it has been done before then it’s possible and if it’s possible then it’s a goal scoring opportunity. But was it probable NO ! When does it become likely, who knows ! it’s an opinion and as such VAR should by the rules have a “high bar” and go with refs original decision on matters of opinion ! The rule should be if you’re the last defender and you deliberately bring down an opponent then it’s a red card, full stop ! We would all know the rules and perhaps Saliba wouldn’t have done it, perhaps he thought a yellow card was worth it to stop a slight chance of a goal ! We all know why VAR got involved, thank you Howard Webb !
The fact Match of the Day 2 doidnt even mention/compare the Tosin/Saliba Yellow/Red smacks of either cowardliness or vested interest... Disappointed in Theo Walcott not chirping up and getting it talked about - I know he's knew but REALLY dont rate him, theres more articulate players to replace Wrighty - infact I dont understand why MOTD and Sky insist on getting in these X-player pundits.... get the likes of harry on!!
Instead of listening to the opinions of bias ex players and puppet pundits opinions on TV, have you ever considered going to a game and having a valid one yourself?
come on Harry i thought u was a sensible fan but using that image 4 man city goal is foul there are better images u can use that shows that Bernardo is not in front of the Goalkeeper
I’ve not watched any of the matches from today. Not watched highlights. Watching this recap has actually got my stomach turning. The first thing, I’ll have to see in motion. But the second thing…this is just all one big comedy.
@@GrantFerris-ly6cj Comedy gold? Weak fanbase? I don’t expect much from the RU-vid comments, but this is poor form. If you’ve read past the first few sentences, you’ll see that watching the actual action is pointed out. The overall sentiment is that there is enough juice from the squeeze for someone (respectable) to make a video, and that is immediately concerning. The “comedy gold”, outside of the officiating, is you felt the need to get such a poor shot off. Trolling has, truly, gone.
@@GrantFerris-ly6cj Ah, that’s another poor tactic. While I don’t believe that you are 7, I hope that it is true. It gives you time to improve your trolling. And, just FYI, trolling is a low-effort endeavour. Anyone can do it! To the point that the poor stuff is just…amusing. Which, this was. Regardless, have a good one!
Arteta should stop these funny experiments. Arsenal players are too casual, 3 red cards in 8 games is just too much. It’s like some players in the Arsenal squad work against the team, they give referees opportunity to mess them up.
Ah yes, Bernardo being in front of the keeper WHEN THE BALL HASNT BEEN HEADED YET. Please, watch the whole goal back please, he’s not even close to being an interference
The decision is a debatable one hence why I’d like to see an adjustment made to the law. Forget that it’s City for a moment. The lack of consistency when it comes to these more subjective decisions is really poor.
@@arsenalpodcastbut it isn’t debatable. They sent him to the monitor to show him that Silva is not interfering with play once the ball is headed. He clearly isn’t. So the goal stands. Disallowing it was a clear and obvious error.
@@brucewaynesworld2279 exactly. Harry can’t sit here and say that the goal should have been disallowed while also asking for a rule change so that the laws actually state the goal should be disallowed. Cant have both.
They are bent - we keep looking for nuance in the rules but they are just bent, and we are now seeing it. In an industry awash with gambling money and owners with endless money, sportswashing etc, etc - Occams Razor - how does every partisan fan know the right decision for these things even with their bias and yet the professionals in charge never get things right consistently? It's BS mate.
It’s never arsenals fault harry.. always playing victim when it’s doesnt go arsenals way so you have to focus on city, if arsenal won you wouldn’t have had this argument
Harry, you aree turning into one of those stupid ones. In the Liverpool game, the ball was going travelling towards the sideline, away from the goal, and towards the defender. While in the Arsenal game, the ball just flew down the middle towards the goal and not toward any defender. And also the ball was much closer to the goal while defenders very far giving the striker a clear shot on goal. If you want to be an honest broker of the law, don't show these screenshots and ask our brains to fill the rest according to our biases
should we just focus on champions league, the refs won't let Arsenal win the league. It just a wasted effort right now. they always finding a justification for bad officiating...
We all know city get all the decisions soft penalties hardly any sending offs that's why they keep winning the league like last couple of years we have had terrible decisions going against us apologies from league that's not good we still lost points that's why we never won the league last year I am getting passed off watching football with this going on every other match
@@richardbroad2848 Says the weak plastic who's crying that it's "'Funny how it always goes in favour of City, and against their direct rivals" for the reason why we haven't won anything in over 4 years nd nothing to do with another poor 3/10 transfer window and that's on Arteta and Edu...
