Should the Commanders Trade for Brandon Aiyuk? 

I don't see how this would work out for the team? Not only do you have to trade for Aiyuk but then you have to extend him at $30M a year. We are talking a 2nd rounder AT LEAST which is a lot to give up for a team that has holes all over the roster. I realize things can turn around very quickly if Daniels ends up being very good but if he's very good he should have no issues utilizing the talent of McLaurin and Dotson. Aiyuk is undeniably talented. He is better than what we currently have but does he make this team a contender? I think if we were in a better spot I'd say to go for it but this is a team that could potentially be picking in the top 5 again and I'm not sure how much Aiyuk changes that outlook?

Roll the dice. Go for it. Unless the 9ers are asking a ridiculous return.

So are you guys going to go googoogahgah over every player who thinks he's worth 30 million? this is NOT the way to rebuild. A team becomes rich in great players by developing low cost players into better ones. Buying already-developed players is expensive and you run out of cash quickly. This Aiyuk thing is a stupid story and giving it fuel is destructive not positive. It's like if you guys thought a person should live on imported caviar every day. You run out of cash. Scriva85 below is RIGHT. Also there is the little matter of making a whole team and the public know a player is dissatisfied in his last year because he is not making more money. This person demonstrates a lack of character and team playing by doing this. I DON't want this person on our team even if the 49ers were giving him away.
