When we talk about how the prospects are abused, the roster construction is horrible, the manager is terrible, and to many older players are brought in past their primes or injury prone players are counted on are all Cashman decisions. No way to a Spencer Jones trade. The Yankees developed Aaron James Judge into the player he is today. Him and Spencer Jones are too similar to think we can't atleast get Jim to be 70 percent of what judge is now. Give me 30 homers a year, bat 260, playegreat defense and fly around the bags and I'm happy with that lol. Pitchers are too volatile in today's game IMO. How many of these guys give you great results year in and year out? Plus with Gil pitching the way he is with Cole and Schmit I'm good on that.
