Even we voted 2016 so if he was 19yrs as at last year, then how old was he in 2016 the CID and the judge don't know their job, they need to be suspended.

Well the police may be bribed or they may just not like someone. It's like in the is US where prosecutors and detectives are so corrupt... It happens too but its sad.
Defilement hmm I have the same case but God in heaven has saved me I slept with a girl who forced and trapped me after sleeping with her auntis son so what she did was she brought homework to me all the time and started asking me about my mother and father ....we finally sleep one day and a week later she was pregnant....they said it was me so I received slaps from his brothers and some weed boys who was friends to her brothers ...fortunately the guy who impregnated her knocked me into the floor and the girl came to rescue me saying he was the one who has been removing her pants....meanwhile the girl was only 13years ......I will continue with the serious part of the lesson later

Nanakay Nana ...the first boy slept a an under age and under our laws a sexual inter course with a female below the age of 16 is defilement whether or not she consented to it.... The second boy can also be guilty of manslaughter as he had no intention of killing the boy but his actions resulted to the death of a person.

Either way, he's not supposed to be in prison or even if he's supposed to be in prison, a juvénile not à prison. Ghana is just lost. The judges and CIDs are all so evil. The need good lawyers to file for an appeal

I totally disagree. Why is it that injustice is rampant here in Ghana?? This guy didn't rape the girl so why this attitude?? These are the reasons why Ghana will find it very difficult to prosper. Dicks De Sweet you are right it not a rape. But the crime he cause is defilement. Meaning the female involve is under age. By law weda the female agree or don't agree. So far as she is under age.It defilement. Simple as that. Anyway that is not the place for him to be.

First guy, I heard 'stloke' and 'selious'..... On a more serious note, i feel sad for these kids. They found themselves with bad parenting, bad friends and society. The grown ups don't know what is right to teach these kids.
