So is this guy saying a cops right to be safe trumps our individual right to be safe and protect ourselves outside of our homes? That's just ridiculous! Criminals don't hurt nor benefit from any gun law bill, good or bad, only the law abiding citizens do! So cops don't have shit to be afraid of from these bills!
"Shall not be infringed" infringement means. the action of limiting or undermining something What do you mean by limiting? serving to restrict or restrain; restrictive; confining. Grammar. of the nature of a limiting adjective or a restrictive clause. What do you mean by restrict? put a limit on; keep under control. What does it mean to regulate? under the control of authority. : to make rules or laws that control (something). It's unconstitutional for the government to regulate firearms
@@ActuatedGear that day will come anyways with or without me talking and yes there 100% unconstitutional and murderous tyrants who kill kids to enforce the "laws".... It was law to report Jews in the 1930s and 40s Germany and we know how that turned out, just because it's law doesn't mean it should be followed or is legal/ right.
@@ah64dbeast37 No, I'm literally talking about the time the ATF murdered a wife and son and the family dog. Then there was the part where they firebombed a bunch of people in a bunker while falsely claiming on the news the leader of the group was eating babies. They literally murdered women and children in an attempt to save face after the other incident I mentioned. The ATF is a horrific joke and should be shut down yesterday.
@@ActuatedGear yeah sorry that last part was more of a statement meant for anyone reading it. Law enforcement needs to be restricted ( ATF, DEA, ect) and old fashion community policing should be focused on more like this guy.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_l60cAz-PIc.html
Regulate in the founders time also meant to make regular and to assure that things were in good working order. As in "A well regulated militia". Which had nothing to do with restrictions on arms or places where arms were to be carried. Infact, it was more like they were trying to make rules that made it easier to bear the required arms that the people who were the militia were expected to have and to make the functioning of the militia better.
The training aspect is just nonsense and more infringement, people don't just buy a gun and then never take it to the range to shoot it, the range is people's trainingb there is no need for a costly infringement law saying you have to get training to carry YOUR own damn gun but not to buy it!
I do agree with you but, there are some which think they don’t need any training/range time. Common scene is not so common anymore, I know a few personally.
Unfortunately the governor of your state vetoed it & technically you need every Republican senator you have to overturn The veto. Possible but really hard to do right now
I myself is for true constitutional carry, hand guns and long guns. Since common scene is not so common anymore, I just pray that I one do carry constitutional or permit. They do take a time at a range and if they decide to open carry, understand that they might be making themselves a target if ever trouble is present and notice them. 2A all the way.
Here's a fact for ya, each state is different. Regardless of what's going on in one state doesn't mean it's that way in every other state. Perfect example, look at California and look at the rest of the US..
