Should You Break In Race Day Shoes? 

Bro really was disconnected with majority of his followers. Yeah lemme just spend $500 on shoes. Heres a better piece of advice; just run in your race day shoes in the taper.

How do you temper your excitement with signing up for races to schedule your active rest period and recover? I just wanna keep going but I know I need to stop after a big race😂

Kinda hard to buy 2 pairs of race day shoes when they cost $250

But I also agree it's kinda hard when they cost so much

Waiting til last week leading up to the race leaves no time to fix if there is a problem, i usually do 1-2 runs before, but about 3-4 weeks out, so i can address a problem

Running shoes best performance is when you used them for the second time 👍

2 pairs? 🤔 maybe for other runners who has more 💵💸 than any regular people. But I wore mine going to work and vice versa for a week and then I 🏃‍♂️a short distance. Great content though 👍

Yeah I sold my car so I could afford two pairs. Big brain.

What I like to do is wear them once during the longest run of the marathon to get the feel for the shoe and I won't wear them again until race day, that way I dont spend too much money on shoes, and I can get a feel for them for race day while theyre still in race shape!

My race shoe causes blister on my bottom left foot any idea why?

L take. Use trainers buy 1 race day shoe trainers are 90-130 and racers are 200+ dont buy 2
