Best video on the t300, I am waiting for t300 with t3pa pedals to arrive . I had a g29, and what you say about it being " just resistance", that is exactly how I found the G 29 the same . Thank you for the info.

Have to admit, I got the T300 RS with the TLCM Load Cell pedals and I am very, very happy! Loved my old Logitech G29 starter wheel but the move to the T300Rs was immense.
Great review. During lock down I finally took the plunge and bought a wheel and stand (Thrustmaster T150 Pro with a Wheel Stand Pro) and it served me well for about a year. But then I decided to upgrade to a T300RS (but keeping the T3PA pedals from the T150 Pro) and also invested in a SF 1000 rim and the difference is astounding. Project Cars 2, Assetto Corsa Competizione, F1 22 - every game is enhanced and feels great (PS5 user).

I bought myself a T300RS With the Ferrari Alcantara Wheel about a week and a half ago, and I gotta say, it was well worth it. Shifter is supposed to arrive soon as well. This is my first wheel, and I am so glad I went with a belt driven wheel over Logitech's gear driven wheels.
New subscriber here, great how u conduct your videos & you can see your honesty by saying the t300 is not far away from your Fanatec. I’m new to sim racing & bought the tx which is the T300 but for series x and I’m happy very happy, sure my friends Fanatec is better but not £1000 better lol & I think the t300 is more than capable of winning any sim racing at high level, I used the £1000 to buy an LG C2 48” oled and wow it’s outstanding for gaming and movies. Will I get a used Fanatec down the road probably but it would have to be an amazing deal as I’m happy with t300.
Thanks for the detailed review. I ordered mine a few days ago. I was craving for the CSL DD but then decided to step back for now, due to many factors. I also come from a T150 that unfortunately has developed "ictus" in the past year and it reached a stage where its ffb is unusable;

Also, once you don't have to worry about your equipment for a while, it's good to sit and watch how the wheel market evolves and hear about people experiences with those products, especially on the reliability side. I'm curious to see how the CSL DD deals with long term use.
@@anto31ad yeah I got the Sparco 310 and TS XW used it on a top of the line gaming Pc and also updated firmware the wheel kept hitching and I kind of felt like the power cord was sus.
Thanks for the review. I really like that part: "pedals for speed, but wheel base gives immersion" I'm not trying to break lap time records. I thinking to upgrade from Logitech g923 to t300. Although g923 pedals better than t3pa🤔

I’m stronger and you know need more simulation to feel it but I also don’t know I think the R9 Mozza is the right one for me. I know you say your normal set up is a finer detail? That to me is really interesting and I do wonder would The this thrustmaster be enough? Currently have an 8-year-old Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience that I got when I was 11, it's a bungie cord wheel, only 180 degrees of motion, worse still the pedals stopped working years ago and it's been sitting on my shelf collecting dust ever since. Even back in 2014 when I got it I was dreaming of a G27, but to think that I could possibly get this T300 RS instead is insane.
Going from a T300 to a clubsport v2 was a decent upgrade but going to direct drive was a massive upgrade. iRacing totally came to life after that. Slides no longer come without notice and are easy to catch now.
Hello. I agree with your comments. Can you imagine how I am? My T300 RS GT arrived two days ago, had the Logitech G29. Monster difference...But my biggest goal, I'm awaiting the worldwide release, is the flywheel add-on ferrari sf1000 edition. This was the biggest reason for the exchange, however if I knew that the difference was so big, I would have exchanged before. On the plus side, what's new about using Vorpx with the F1 2021?
Hello, I bought G29 few days ago as my first wheel and to be honest it feels very nice. The only thing is the noise it makes , even if i reduce FF, when I fell of the track in F1 it nearly woke up my kids tho. The thing is price, i bought it brand new for 240 $, T300 RS GT in regular price is 437 $ ( i live in poland ) . I am considering returning G29 and then order T300 RS in split payment for example. Do you think the difference in noise is so noticeable ?
@@MrZmudziak18 Hi. The price is really higher but worth every penny. As he said before, if I knew of such a difference (quality and noise), I would have changed a long time ago. I recommend 100% exchange.
I got a used T500 (with Fanmod) a few months ago and went from my old G27 with modded Pedals (GTEYE Springs) to it, an absolute massive difference in FFB Quality and detail. I'm now round about 2.5 Seconds a Lap Faster around Bathurst with a standardsetup than with a fully tuned car on the G27. However that was after I got the 3drap brake mod for it, before I got that, with the T500 Brakemod and the TM Conical Brake mod I was slower than with the G27. I didn't like the standard T500 wheel, as it was just a 30 cm wheel with a similar button box as the T300 wheel. Which means you had problems reaching the buttons, and I have rather big hands, Size 10 Gloves if I want tight fitting ones, size 11 if I want looser fitting ones. After that I bought a a five week old F599XX Wheel at at steep discount (something like 60-70 Euros cheaper than new) and the same F1 Wheel as you, and I exclusively use those two now, they both work great. Although I would love to have the two additional buttons the real F599XX has as well as some rotary encoders on that one. I needed some tape on the F1 Wheel's Grips, as they were too small for my bigger hands, which lead to my hands cramping from not being able to grip the wheel fully and comfortably. Since I already had gloves for the F599XX, I used hockey Grip tape, about 4.5 meters (5 feet) on each handle. Might need a little bit more though... IMHO I would recommend the T300 with the F599XX Wheel in most cases, unless you mainly play modern Open Wheelers, LMPs/Hypercars and GTs, then you can get the F1 Wheel first. But once you have those, you're pretty much set, as getting the 488 Challenge Wheel is a bit too tricky and expensive. And you'd have to be certifiably mad to get the 250 GTO Wheel, yeah real wood and all, but not a single button at a price point of 400 euros.....and two 28 CM wheels (leather 28GT and 458 Challenge? ) are just not worth it in comparison. Unless you buy them cheap for a conversion project. Other than that, I would recommend getting the SHH Shifter, if a new player hasn't got one, great shifting, short, precise, quick, nearly no mishifts, switch between H-Pattern and Sequential in a few seconds (Press the stick down, twist 90 degrees, flip one switch), and even if you buy the extra Sequential shifter plate, it is 50-70 Euros cheaper than an Th8A Shifter.
anyone know where i can get a replacement power cable in the us standard for the t300rs? its becoming very frustrating finding it. i can find it at stupidly high prices in the aus standard, uk and eu as well.
Hi, everyone, I just bought a new Thrustmaster T300 Ferrari Integrale and I have the problem on the PS4/PS5 (in every game) that the steering wheel starts spinning right and left on a straight road when I let my hands of the wheel. I just can't imagine that's this is normal. I've tried some settings. Unfortunately without success.. I can't be the only one.. please some advice or help.. 😔
Um you can't let your hands off the wheel man lmao the force feedback will send the wheel all over the place. If you really want to take your hands off you need to basically turn off the FFB. Would you take your hands of the the wheel on a bumpy straight and top speed in real life? Nope. So why would you in a game?
Great customer service is not what I hear, the fact you had to return a product in this price range is a huge negative. Who paid shipping ? If you think confusion after changing wheels is a legit complaint you are not ready to review. seems like another pay for my hobby please.
