Wow this is some great insight! Currently looking for my first bike and decided that the CBR300R would be a great starter bike for me. I'm actually in Miami too. Maybe I'll stop by your dealership when I'm ready to pull the trigger.
My first bike is this . Bought a new 2022 . 700 miles in as I type. Should have got a bike years ago. Everything I was told about honda bikes , they will last a long time if properly maintained.
@@that1panther105 as someone who bought a new one, no you cant. it was 6300 out the door. and that was non abs, you have tax, title, freight, assembly, and price of bike
@@galiorneko1883 they’re good bikes, but the r3 or 🥷 400 are way better. I’m not saying that because of speed. I actually want a crf300 rally which has the same engine as the cbr300. It’s a good engine, but the bike lacks refinement and amenities and heck displacement of other comparable bikes from other manufacturers. Honda hasn’t done much in the way of improving them either. I just think there’s better bikes to spend your money on. That and they’re ugly imo lol. Fairings= outdated looking, bike profile=outdated, dash/display=outdated, no gear indicator, it is so slow it has no business having fairings, and the bike just isn’t that popular or desirable. Honda is seemingly putting their eggs into their off-road offerings instead of the cbr300r, unless they have something in the works, which I think is a good move
@@mrcla55yguy20 you can get one for half the price of a ninja 400 and maybe r3. I see them used for $3k so it would be a very good choice for first bike and you don’t have to worry about it when you drop it. The used market for the 400 is almost none existent and I’m see 2017 r3 for 6k. I’d get this bike now and wait for a good deal on a ninja 400.
