Xs..despite 11 got better cameras and battery..i kinda love the back design of Xs..put a case and it covers completely the camera side without leaving any open space..the performance is still ok on the Xs though..so no miss here..

justin verbon. Cause OLED ftw and its the last iPhone to support 3D touch and some people prefer smaller phones. Also its cheaper on amazon or ebay. I got mine for $530
Breadwinner Can you tell me how long last your pro max? And which ios version do you have? My pro 11 max is really bad in my opinion. When I watch netflix/youtube i lost 1% at every 6-7min on wifi
@@Mateusz52724 that's 10% for every hour. Its not bad. Is your brightness very high? Also you can change other settings too like, how many and which apps are running constantly on the background etc.
Breadwinner do you have issues with the screen scratching? Friend of mine returned his because the screen scratched up to the point of unusability within 1 week.
Honestly, this guy is one of the few techtubers doing real world tests and comparisons that actually matter for consumers contemplating on smartphone choices. It's a shame his subscriber count doesn't reflect that. All the same, best of luck in the coming months Nick.
Easy, I would say overall go for the XS over the 11 pro because it’s a lot cheaper, similar premium build quality, and you get a very similar user experience for less money. Only buy the 11 pro, if you have the budget or desire having the latest and greatest.
Haden Gearhart I got the gold one I thought it would look pretty with a flower clear case and it’s beautiful 😍 I probably won’t upgrade to the pro max for awhile, I’m coming from 4 years of using a 6s and this was the best upgrade ever . If your planning on getting the Xs max go for it my dear
I went from a iPhone 7 to 11 pro last Thursday and I love my 11 pro I love everything about it. My husband went from the 6 to xs and he’s loving his. Just all about preferences. The pro is a badass phone. That’s just what I think
Went from iPhone 6 to XS in July 2020...huge difference and better in pretty much every way. Can't believe how many amazing features I've missed out on over the years, especially iOS 13 of course.
Just bought the XS - absolutely LOVE IT. I held both in my hand and the xs, while being the older model, felt better due to its more compact size. But the screen ITSELF is still quite large. Best phone Ive ever owned. Remember, the “s” version of iPhone is basically the supercharged version. Can’t go wrong with anything S from iphone. As far as battery life goes- who cares. There is always a charger around.
Gotta say after a year of use that the Xs has rather weak battery life, and coupled with a fragile and smugde-prone surface (at least with the Gray variant) you may want to invest slightly more for a more resilient model. Plus if you're a heavy user a stingy battery becomes a frustration in the long run.
I just bought an XS from Apple. The black is so black and the glass so perfect, I’m learning which side’s up. All those lenses on the 11 look like private parts in comp!
To conclude, if you get the 11 pro you’re paying a couple hundred dollars more for a better camera, 1 more year of updates and better battery life. The rest of the specs are pretty much identical
Thanks this was the video i was looking for. Went ahead and bought the XS coming from the iphone 7 -- didnt think i needed the small improvements in the iphone 11. Though I wonder what the iphone 12 (which is slated for ~september launch) will do to the resale value of the 11pro; maybe making it more comparable to what the XS is right now perhaps?
Got a brand new XS on Wednesday. Upgraded from the 8. Couldn’t be happier. And as Far as Apples future plans go, I guess the X, XS and 11 are going to be treated as a family. So I feel pretty safe about the longevity of the XS

I bought the xs last week for 545€ (about 590 us $, taxes incl) and came from an iPhone 7. Even though i would have loved the huge battery in iphone 11 pro, it was not worth double the price. Compared to the iphone 7 the battery is already so much better
You often say that the heavy weight is one of the iPhone's perks that makes it feel more premium, however I prefer lighter phones rather than small but dense ingots weighing my pocket down like an anvil
Night mode is a significant step up in camera of a smartphone, not just iPhone. I dont even care about ultra wide lens or slightly faster processor. So i will chose the 11 just for that.

Got the xs max in gold and love it! I didn’t see the point of upgrading to pro. Way to similar, I’m gonna hold onto my xs for at least another year or two or when a all screen iPhone comes out with Face ID. Not upgrading in 2020 for sure.
For me, if you are not someone who uses the camera app in ultra wide mode often, then just get the XS. Otherwise, both of them do not have too much difference

Talking about sequential iPhones is like considering upgrading a Mercedes after a face-lift. You don't get anything noticeable but have to pay more. Yes, new headlamps are better, engine may produce a few horses more, but that's the same experience. I've upgraded from 7 to Xs. I must say I am amazed how little the difference is. Yes the display is bigger, maybe battery holds slightly more, faceID is better than touch one, but it still feels pretty much the same thing. The same OS. The same speed. I've never had a problem with 7. It worked perfect all along. And have now some issues. The size of the phone is bigger, I use reachability all the time. Carrying in a pocket is less comfortable. So I say it's ABSOLUTELY pointless to upgrade if you use your phone in a normal way. If you're a blogger or whatever, you know what you need already.
I was thinking about the iPhone Xs Max and the iPhone 11 Pro Max coming from an iPhone 7 Plus and ended pre-ordering the iPhone 11 Pro Max and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
I came from the 8 plus to the XR which to me outstanding the XS. I get a day in a half or so with my XR, I disabled truetone & changed a few settings to help with the longevity of the phone. I would pick the 11 pro only reason being better camera, screen,processor and all.
Both phones are excellent phones just depends on battery life and cameras for the extra money. Oh and the middle Apple logo and pro name 🤣 I upgraded from the X to the 11 pro if I was not In the upgrade program wouldn’t do it.
Never really seen any major youtuber pick up the topic of - ‘other’ occupying ridiculous amounts of memory space on the phones. Its looks like a big scandal apple does to force people to buy new phones by finishing off the memory from the phone which cannot be deleted.
I was actually on a budget that's why I went for the XS.... Yeah I would have liked night mode on the pro but I am definately glad to have 3d touch..... Since I bought it in Italy prices are going to be higher Thanks to the value added tax of Europe (VAT) so I went for the 64gb space gray just like yours and I costed 699 euros (just over $700) the third party reseller also had the 256gb model but it was just a little bit cheaper than the base 11 pro and my budget was 800 euros.... With a screen protector and the otterbox symmetry case I got to 775 😂
@@charleswratteneassie3997 night mode is only available in the newer iPhones.... probability you're talking about dark mode in OS and yes it is available if you update to ios 13 but I don't care about it so for now I'm fine with ios 12.4.1 although I blocked auto updates I don't know how to block the automatic download of those updates since the tvos beta profile doesn't work anymore

Hey great video! I was wondering if you can put some no copyright music for 5-10 seconds on each phone when you are doing the sound quality test and then putting one of your videos. I never understood video’s like this. It simply makes no sense. Well obviously the 11 pro if you want the latest and greatest. Which would you buy the 6s plus or the 11 pro? Pointless... Logically yeah the 11 pro as it’s the most future proof at the current time of purchase. And if it comes down to can I afford it or not? That‘s something each individual needs to decide for themselves. But if you have the cash and are planning to buy a new iPhone then the answer is pretty obvious. Yeah the latest one. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
