As a jimny owner for over 8 months I have found zero clubs / community meets for jimny on the other hand I see Mahindra taking thar owners to places every weekend . Dealerships / company should promote such kind of outdoor activities / weekenders for jimny owners specially in North.

Nope, Endeavour was legend and was rightly priced but people didn't had the purchase capacity and Endeavour was segment leader, while jimny is overpriced and weaker compared to thar which also has convertible option, jimny doesn't even has a small sunroof, I don't think anyone's gona regret it more than suzuki

In jimny 4X4 low needs neutral shift where as 4X4 H can be shifted on the fly but just don't go above 80kph in 4wd

There are hordes of such enthusiasts out there and novices like me...who have not tried serious off road activities, except the one odd jungle trail drives in the hinterlands of MP and Rajasthan. I do intend to utilize this amazingly capable car, whose tag line itself speaks out.. "Never turn back"... lik ethe Gypsy.. "There's no stopping us".. Lekin achhi condition me 2nd mil jayegi Spinny se (for hassle free no brainer experience) ya local 2nd hand dealer se (if you know how to judge well a used car). Ford Figo or Freestyle bhi mil jayegi. I bought a Freestyle 2019 model last year and woah, superb steering feedback, superb control, superb power, reasonable comfort

Current model Jimny should have been launched atleast 8-12 years ago… today its the Jetoir T2, BAIC Jishy & MG mini SUV ruling the sales charts. Serous off roaders opt Isuzu or Hilux. We might have to wait until Toyota GAC launches one & Suzuki benefits
