Thank you for these videos I’ve had my ICD for 9 years now 4th vt ablation tomorrow after 3 shocks in the last week all together probably been shocked 50x appropriate and inappropriate looking forward to your video on dealing with anxiety from the shocks I deal with a little ptsd at this point

@@cardiomyopathyandme5970 Great! I started at 20 efr and now I’m at 58.. it took me 3 years to get here. I will keep you in mind and check on you. You are heading in the right direction
