Hold property for now, it's still one of the best long-term investments there is.

The issue for 2024 is unemployment rises and then these higher rates are a cause of concern, historically The Federal Reserve/bank of England cuts rates when unemployment rises but by then it's too late, it historically does a bad job and rises too much, cuts too little, hence we get these swings. To stay liquid in cash should be the safety for 2024 until things are clear end of the year.
