Jinshi being the only one where, at S2, her rotation is 4 sec vs 80-120 sec, but then again it's the same PLAYSTYLE just MUCH faster so kinda falls under the same umbrella

@@CashySwanson yeh, im really care about the actual play style. true, her roataion being fsater will increase damage, but her core rotation stay the same. if I remember correctly, Genshin character like Klee in my example, change their entire playstyle because of the conterlation. I think one of her conterlatiopn make her Ultimate deal their remain damage as 1 big explosion rather than simply dissapear when she switch off the field. change like that force people who want that kind of playstyle to pull for the character copies if they want to play the character that way. another example is Tagtalia, his consterlation allow him to keep his dual dagger stance infinetly using his utl and ability, but if you dont have his consterlation, his dual weild stance will ran out and you forced to wait for his ability. its feel very frustrating for people who cant spent the money for the character even if they want to play that character in that playstyle, but cant because it locked behind multiple copies.

@@Zer0Hour17 changli New weapon scales from like 50% to over 110% skill damage bonus from r1 to R5, current weapons may be less or so but there are certain ones that are for sure worth it. Plus 8% to 24% crit rate which is practically a main stat at that point

One full rotation vs sustained damage. Issue with jiyan isn't uptime, but how hard it is against bosses to keep hitting them, especially evasive ones like mourning aix or the Mr bonky monkey man

All around view. As a f2p it's worth hyper investing due to lack of resources especially so early on in the game's lifetime, low spenders it's also still worth it because you get more power getting character + weapon + MAYBE sequences and ranks than spending still lacking resources building supports to benefit your dps's own low(er) damage output, and as a whale it is worth it because as you said, if the whale is bad, might as well get used to one character and learn them to be good enough to get the value out of them🤣 Overall like supports and sub dps's are fine and all but having those "mains" that you KNOW can clear content with their investment, that you are comfortable on playing, and that you genuinely enjoy playing the game with, you have a better time than having like 9+ characters "built". I always will recommend 2-3 "mains", and just some relatively under invested subs and supports just for outro buff / energy Regen / echo buff / etc just to have because its nice (coming from someone who built like 8 dps's so far trying them all out😅)
