I am often baffled how companies design Co-op experience wrong. I seems you nailed it! I look forward to playing this game in full co-op mode since the beginning.

The co-op experience is something that is lacking from every single triple A game made today, this looks phenomenal. I really hope you guys live up to the hype!

i think the changable difficulty should reward the players for keeping the challenge higher. risk should equal reward.

I am so hyped :-O. But becaus I am a story fanatic I would love to see a story and a side mission. Of course with spoiler warning for the sensible ones. But good gameplay can not rescue bad story for me it works otherway around. Don't get me wrong. Your game seem to be great in both regards, but I would appreciate a conformation with such a presentation.

Will you also cover armour sets?

Love they designed this being Single Player oriented with Co-op added on top. Now for some...darkness. I love a good fight in the dark. This game seems prime for a fight using your abilities to see in the dark or with impaired lighting.

Is co-op progression bugged? My friend and I started this game yesterday both right after the tutorial. Logged off and it seems like none of his progress saved since he was fhe guest. When he rejoined the game he was a few hours behind but when he loaded into his own save it was at the start of the game again. How is it that when both people start at the same point world and character progression isn't saved?

Will there be POST-game content or New Game Plus? Or both?

Do both players get the same trophies while playing in Co-op or only the host?

I and i think also a couple of other people gave issues with their coop progress since it just did not save the equip of the guest. Is there anything I am missing or don´t understand? I would really like some answers, cause otherwise it is pointless to play with a nother person in coop. Thanks !

Looks great!!! Still kinda wish it had three person coop but I understand limitations with being able to do so and balancing problems probably. Still excited for launch!

Explain to me why 2 players playing Co-Op from the beginning the client could not save the progress... We only played together in Co-OP and the game it kept saying the Host was ahead of me, so I lost my 7 hours progress...😭

Quick Question: Higher Difficulty = More loot? Or does it stay the same?

With the difficulty setting, how much changes for each mode? With each player being able to set the difficulty individually it doesn't lead me to believe it is doing a lot other than changing Health and damage.

What do the difficulty settings scale up and down? Why have just fixed difficulties instead of having a more granular menu to adjust things like timings or aggression or health separately? Would that have been too difficult to work into the individual difficulty settings per player?

Unfortunately, the coop didn't work out so well for me. I played as a guest at my friend as a host from the start. Shortly at the beginning we had a disconnect but I joined him again right away, at the same place where he was and there was the message "The difference in progress is too big". I thought maybe this is a false reading because we have exactly the same progression and I kept playing with him for now. After 6h he left the session and now all my progress is gone. Apparently there are still problems with recognizing the progress.

The co-op is pretty good.

Is this a bug? . me and my friend started the game together, His armor level was upgraded but last 2 times it didnt save also i can not save manually until he leaves the game. We are on playstation 5.

What does Difficulty mean? Just a difference to the multiplier for Damage taken? Damage done? Aggro generated? How is aggro, i.e. which of the two player the enemy select handled? I find it also hard to imagine how it works in a satisfying way when for example i imagine a mutliplayer horizon, where 1 Player plays on story difficulty and the other on Ultra Hard, fighting the same enemy. The Element you can find and raise, was a little unclear, it is easier to do it together, or do you need to be 2 Players to do them? Cheers!

Game feels amazing 🤩 fight are fun ,hope hope is not balancing (nerfing) on build after the people starting building characters,let me by a god that the point on this tipe of game farm ,have fun and become stronger that anyone 😅

I think this may be the game to finally get me to play a game online.

Does difficulty influence xp gained?

I'm assuming the difficulty setting only alters the amount of damage taken by a player? Was sorta skipped over but would just seem kinda odd if (using the example of someone on 'Easy' and someone on 'Hard') one is melting the enemy health and tanking hits whereas the other is effectively tickling it and being downed by love taps from it. (Not criticising and 100% getting the game on release but just curious about that particular mechanic...)

Hello, there is a bug in the All That Gold trophy in coop mode, if the host has maps that the guest does not have. If the treasure of a map that the host has and the guest not is found, these trophy bug for the guest because he will no longer be able to obtain the map. This happened to me. Can you adjust my trophy?

If we wanna play coop with a random player can the matchmaking system do that? Or is it just to invite friends. Very important.

I think this game might be my main focus, even with all of the other titles releasing in 2023. Hopefully there are plans for much future content, and this Independent Project grows.

Love this coop done correctly with not making it impossible for the people who truly want to play alone I will be buying bc of this vid and I have such hopes that avatars coop is just as good if not better

Tried about 7 times hosting and being invited into coop on the PS5 earlier, but couldn't connect at all. Connection kept timing out. Anyone encountering this on PS5?

The players hate towards multi-player is real to the point developers have to try to justify co-op, by saying it's a solo game with optional co-op. This is in sad. Co-op is great! Honestly, I've never played a co-op game that couldn't be played solo and had fun as well. If it has coop it has solo as well

Sucks theres no end game content to keep you entertained and coming back for more and the areas and map is too small in my opinion and needs more monsters types and verations of monsters to fight

man the combat.. wtf were you thinking. I don’t even know where to start. Right off the bat the player and enemies blend completely into the background, someone had the bright idea of making the parry indicator’s too small an at a right angle to the player( often too flat too see) and the last Skorpur, wow..I couldn’t see shit half the time because the particle effects, I had to look at the health bar to determine if I was getting hit in 90% of the battles because I couldn’t see. Trying to lock on the smaller mobs and not on bosses body parts, jumping around trying not to get hit by a boss that had his attack animations speed up all while trying to lock on to the smaller mobs, was rage inducing. Little things like clicking on the grab herb button but it not registering, input delay during combat, getting stuck under platform instead of grabbing onto them.. These issues taken individually is understandable but at the end of game when you guys just throw everything you can at the player to break up the monotony and add cheap difficulty just feels like you’re antagonizing the player. Sad thing is I enjoyed a lot of my time with the game but it’s clear you took the cheap, really cheap route to add difficulty adding copious amounts of unnecessary frustration.

difficulty being per-player is a mistake, no game should do this. it makes playing on hard completely pointless in co-op because your easy mode friend would just be clapping the hard enemies like they are nothing.

This complete mechanics are full of issues, your camera jumps from one enemie to another. Unolayable BS 😒. Stunlocking trash between 5 and 10 critical hits in a row and parrie is only helpfull if you complete all perfectly or you die because the enemie stuns you in this loop.

Coop progression is going to be pain in the ass it seems... Hope it will work as intented. But if my friend is not going to get progress because im only 1 quest ahead of him, thats bs.

Everything outside of combat looks pretty mediocre but that won't matter to me if combat is good. The armors designs are an eyesore though.

I'm so angry at all these reviews characters how the hell people who don't play on line can't get the chance to experience a 2 player Coop game with there boys ? I'm mad as the devil. I want off line 2 Player Coop Added before coming through the SANDS some one important .
