When it comes to retirement should you retire early or wait until retirement age? There are some things to consider, like financial planning and do you have a sufficient monthly income to survive? I am choosing to spend my retirement in the Philippines like many other foreigners who have already pulled the trigger.

Hi Craig. Retiring early seems to me to be the best option. Life should not be all work and no play. I hope u have a very happy retirement in the Philippines and I'm looking forward to seeing your future videos from there.

retired 58 just got back from Bicol 5 weeks holidays should of stayed their for 3 months i travel between the pines and Australia bugger this working b/s .

I'm a 62 1/2 yr. Old American that can draw 70% of my S.S. if I wait until 64 it's 80% which is about $1700.00 plus I will draw another $200.00 from my 401k for a total of $1900.00 I'm hoping that would get me a half way decent life style in the Philippines

Our budget is around $1200 but we don't pay rent so your budget sounds good Jeff.
