I tried both, and it has a very weak taste. I added lots of salt - still weak taste. What am I doing wrong? I mix thoroughly, so idk what could be wrong.

Folks, get rid of your non-stick and use seasoned carbon steel. Besides being non-stick, CS cooks everything better too.

I always go after, as I believe the creamy texture adds layers to the flavor. Therefore, IMO I think the texture trumps the salt absorbing through while cooking.

It's super healthy and tasty, sugar and indigestible seed oils are the main reason so many are obese. Note how the girl in the video is not obese but people who drink sugar water all day are.
