Just coming back from chest infection. Was brave and took 2 weeks off. Lots of rest, early nights and good food. I think it’s important to add that you need to ease back in gently and not go back full throttle. Currently, I’m doing 1 week shake down. All zone 2. Just waking the body up again. Thanks for the video guys and all the good stuff from PH.
