Fantastic hearing so many recovery stories . I must say Niacin , low histamine, no sugar and meditation helped me fully recover . Looking forward to more recovery stories :)
Thank you Suzy and Matt. I’m having a teensy relapse after some great progress and was starting to wonder if returning to my old busy job was realistic. Looks like it absolutely is 🤞🙏💛
I caught covid in January 2021 and still struggling with adrenaline rushes, unbearable fatigue at times, night sweats, panic attacks. I had no other symptoms with covid other than “heart attack” symptoms almost 24/7. I wanted to jump out of my body it was that bad! Just found out today that we’ve been exposed to someone positive with covid and I am definitely SCARED, because I am still not fully recovered from the first round and having nonstop heart palpitations is beyond exhausting. I’m dreading to have it again. I actually want to cry
Thank you both ❤ Green shoots here and trying to be patient with them as they develop. The RRR programme is an amazing addition for my 2023, just wish I'd found it sooner 🌱🌱🌱🌱
Suzy mentions the anti-histamines, do we need the antihistamines long term or is there eventual weaning-off period? Are antihistamines even recommended?
