Great tutorials man! Do you have a video on pencil tool vs paint brush tool? What are the pros and cons between the two? I'll play around with them myself, but would love to hear your input, as they both use strokes.
thank you for making this video! but the fill is weird jiggyling when I draw with it,😭 and the stroke draws perfectly, but do you know if it´s possible to make it so, that my stroke doesn't draw so "jiggly". I'm not taking about smoothness, I really want to make my fill behave more like the stroke does. I don’t know what to do, there is not a single tutorial about it. It would REALLY help me. Thanks
So kinda random but when I draw a line use the line tool, an oval, or somthing with pencil tool, I can’t erase or draw on them without making these weird cuts. Do u know why?
When you erase or draw over a stroke, it basically breaks the path in two. Strokes have their own way of ending a path (rounding it off, etc) which extends it a little beyond the path - making the resulting two strokes look weird when they are close to each other It's a little hard to explain with words, but I'm planning to go in depth into strokes in a future video. Hope this was somewhat helpful 😆

In my other comment I asked what those weird cuts when erasing or drawing over strokes, but do u know how to make that not happen? I can use eraser on them.
You could just use fills if you don't specifically need to use strokes. Existing strokes can be converted to fills by going up to Modify > Shape > Convert Lines to Fills
