Hi, unfortunately like you mention I don't want to give recommendations because I wouldn't have direct experience with them and I don't feel comfortable doing that . My main fear of doing a my own petition and not using is a lawyer is if i get rejected. Does that minimise my ability to reapply or reapply with a lawyer? Simply, does being potentially rejected put you in a worse position if you re-apply or stop you from re-appling?

My professional career and acadmeics qualify both advance degree and exceptional ability. is it advisable to present both in Petetion or Just one is enough. and second question is which qualification criteria is best to claim between advance degree and exceptional ability in case i qualify the both ?
No, you should choose one or the other, do not do both. Usually I recommend using Advanced Degree because it is just easier to meet, then move on to the 3 prongs

Brevemente mi caso: estoy haciendo la especialidad de cardiología en NY luego de haber hecho medicina interna y ser chief resident de internal medicine, tengo research, algunas 12 publicaciones, una presentación que se fue publicada en medscape y durante la pandemia trabaje muy duro en el hospital, mi abogado va a enviar mi NIW aplicación, estoy muy ansioso no se si tenga chances, mi abogado dice que si pero no se tu que opinas. Mi actual status es H1B

You can submit from abroad exactly the same as from USA, the second part of the process is different, it's called consular processing and i have a video about that. Cheers
@@OscarsGreenCard I just wanted to express my gratitude for your prompt response. Although I wasn't expecting it, I received an email today regarding my case. The email stated that the Affidavit of Support requirement for my case is incomplete and that I need to submit the requested form(s) and financial evidence as indicated on the checklist. Since I'm currently outside the USA, I'm not sure what steps I should take next. Do you have any advice on how to proceed? What should I do in this case ?
@@bassiounysaleh8041 it is not required for EB2 NIW. Is this the only thing they asked for? Maybe it is just part of a list they copied/pasted from their employment based green card requirements.
@@OscarsGreenCard Thank you for your comment. Yes, the only documents requested via email were the Affidavit of Support form and/ or financial evidence that I mentioned in my previous comment.
@@bassiounysaleh8041 i see, that is unfortunate. If it were me I would probably upload a document explaining that Affidavit of Support is not necessary for the National Interest Waiver category.
@@OscarsGreenCard they need details about my proposed endavour according to occupation that I have selected in I-140 but my i-140 job code is wrong so can't justify proposed endavour. Possible to change job code now ?
I can justify my proposed endeavour by education and past track record but for that I need to change my job code. My education, past track record and proposed endeavour lies in different job code.
@@sheikhshariquddinansari2865 is the code selected THAT different? Had you previously explained your endeavor properly? Requesting a better explanation of your endeavor is a very typical RFE topic, so it may not be related to the exact code you chose. It may be that you just did not provide enough details. Anyway, you can explain that in your RFE response letter
