People have missed out on a lot of generational wealth hanging on the sidelines. I know people that have been renting in San Diego for the last 8 years waiting on that crash that has yet to have materialized. Also Im of the belief also when interest rates go back down. The bidding wars and prices will come back with a vengeance.
