I was doing rotator cuff exercise today bcs I had this pain in my shoulder due to shoulder dumbell press Suddenly I felt movement in my shoulder joint and I left the grip instantly. It has pain now but I can move my hand everywhere in every angle my shoulder is rotating. What can I do?
